>Back on the blogroll. I haven’t been sketching too much, but I did sketch on the road.
Not too much to sketch but road and trucks…
day 3: Redding to Dayton, Oregon. Northern California into Oregon is just beautiful. We stopped in Ashland to look at some Dome houses we saw and 3 deer were hanging out nearby.
some close ups of some of the drawings.
We made it safely to Oregon with no troubles. My scanner (with broken copier/printer option) did not make the final cut into the loading process, so I had to take a pic of the drawings. Actually, tad has a scanner i will use when we get it unpacked and all set up. Unfortunately I haven’t been drawing too much, but hope to get back in to the routine of it soon.
>Sagis isn’t too happy about it either, but this blog will go on pause for now. I haven’t had time (or motivation) to scan in drawings, plus the scanner is now packed, since we’re packing up and heading to Oregon in the next few days here.
I am still sketching, albeit not as often, and will hopefully have lots to scan in to catch up once I get back up and rolling on this blog.
Thanks Everyday Matters group members for all your support and encouragement and I’ll “see” y’all again from Oregon!
Happy sketching and blogging!

walked to Ike’s for a latte 9am
noon- Wyatt (our neighbor’s cute pup) greeted me at the door. I made him sit and then gave him a cat treat.
noontime- Had a really nice drink- squeezed some limes and a Tucson grown orange. Blended it up with ice, water and sugar and a bit of basil. Yum!
4pm At the school, they have a pond with these cute ducklings hanging out. So cute!
7pm- OPA! Flaming cheese…I forget the name of the greek cheese that they set on fire here at Opa! a greek restaurant here. Yummy spanikopita platter for dinner
with our neighbors (Wyatt’s parents) who are soon moving away.
8:30pm and a bonus shot, Sagis-cat. Add your ideas for what he’s saying in the comment box.

waiting for Tad, I sketched the view in my side view mirror.
Tucson mountain view, quickly sketched. I love the silhouette this mountain makes at sunset and I’d like to spend a little more time sketching it, maybe some time at sunset.
sketched at work, Walter Douglas elementary school basketball court.(it did not actually rain anywhere I was that day.)
>I have been sketching and doodling in my journal, just not posting…I’ve been busy and getting prepared to move to Oregon while saying goodbye to Tucson.
